My other current project, is an animated film about a little angler fish, called Luma. The film is called “THE WAY UP” and I am the voice of Luma. I have never voiced an animated film before and it is exciting.
The Writer/Director/Producer is Boise friend Drew Garcia. He directed a short I wrote a few years ago. I am actor on this and loved doing it. My favourite way of working, just acting. The short film went viral on Tic Toc and Drew is now planning a full length version. https://youtu.be/s8XELI3HLbc
So that’s me for now. After my long time in this industry, I feel fortunate still to be doing something. Our business is changing rapidly and we are losing jobs already to AI. But I do believe some jobs cannot and will not be lost to AI robots. Creative jobs are much obout emotion and memory and I do not believe a machine can replicate those. They are unique to each and every one of us humans.
